RockJumper FRN Black Plain, a medium sized folder designed for outdoor and climbing enthusiasts. The wide blade with a fully flat grind provides optimal edge geometry and the Wharncliffe profile offers, from extreme cutting power to scalpel-like precision.

Blade - with a Wharncliffe profile with an extremely sharp tip. The perfectly straight cutting edge along its entire length provides exceptional cutting performance with full force, transferring power to the blade tip, guarantees better point strength. Made of 59-61 HRC hardened Japanese VG-10 stainless steel. Plain blade is Full Flat Grind. Enlarged 14 mm circular SpyderHole cutout allows opening the blade also in a glove. Ramp on the back of the blade sets the thumb, giving a solid support and makes it easier to operate the folder. Solid Back-Lock of the head.

Handle - Bi-Directional textured non-slip liners (Bi-Directional Texturing) along with notched Spine Jimping on the back of the handle strengthen the grip. Made of FRN (Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon) plastic, a fiberglass reinforced nylon. Sturdy metal hourglass clip with 4-way (up/down, right/left) 4-way clip positions. Lanyard hole for attaching a safety cord.

Skeleton - is reinforced by skeletonized stainless steel inserts with cut-out holes to which the handle facings are attached. This provides high strength with little weight of the knife. The whole is screwed with torx screws. Phosphor bronze liners facilitate opening and closing of the knife.
