Excellent support and fast processing. Delivery without any problems to my chosen cargo box. The Sharpener came in original packaging, well packed. I haven't tried it yet, but that evaluation would go to the Smith's. Due to other reviews, it must be OK as well. Actually, I am thinking about ordering another one for my friend.
