Viper by Tecnocut is one of the companies coming from the famous "knife basin" of Maniago, Italy. In collaboration with the best knifemakers, they create excellent knives with the best materials.
Gianghi is a large and powerful hunting knife with a fixed head designed by Fabrizio Silvestrelli. The name of the knife comes from the Persian language and means "Hunter". The wide drop point blade is made from Böhler N690Co steel, a popular and proven material in many knives. It has been vacuum hardened and then freeze-thawed to a hardness of 59-60HRC. Despite its thickness, the full flat grind provides excellent cutting properties combined with outstanding strength. The low descending guard prevents the fingers from slipping on the blade during work. There is a finger groove on the back of the blade. The blade has been finished with a stonewash method.
The handle is green Canvas Micarta facings attached directly to the blank. This is the simplest and safest construction ensuring practical indestructibility of the knife. Comes with a brown leather scabbard allowing you to carry the knife vertically or horizontally on your belt. At the back of the handle there is a lanyard hole for attaching a safety or decorative line.
