7Cr17MoV - martensitic stainless steel, equivalent to AISI 440A and SUS 440A stainless steel. By adding 0.75% molybdenum (Mo) and 0.04% vanadium (V) to 7Cr17, an improvement in wear resistance and hardness above 60 HRC was achieved. Widely used in the manufacture of knives, scissors and medical equipment.
