Olympus RAL7013, a warm jacket with Storm | Tex™ Windproof membrane, effectively insulates against wind and moisture. Perfectly designed, light (980 g, size L). When folded, it fits in the back pocket of the jacket, which can be used as a compression bag. It works well both outdoors and in the city.
