§1 Definitions and General Information
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules of operation and conditions of participation in the promotional campaign consisting of granting Participants a discount of 15% on the Store’s assortment using the Discount Code SHARG15, valid from 16 January 2026 to 31 January 2026, subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the “Promotion”).
The organiser of the Promotion is SHARG AG spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Rożnowska 6, 04-213 Warszawa, registered by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS 0000948950, NIP 1133050109, REGON 521089940, BDO 000516251, with share capital of PLN 2,420,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
The Discount Code applies exclusively in the online store www.sharg.pl (hereinafter: the “Store”) and concerns retail purchases (B2C). The Code does not apply to the wholesale platform or B2B sales, unless otherwise stated in the specific Promotion terms.
In matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the Store Regulations of www.sharg.pl and generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
The Promotion is conducted on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
These Terms and Conditions are continuously available on the website www.sharg.pl in a manner that allows them to be obtained, reproduced, and recorded by printing or saving to a storage medium.
Capitalised terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning given to them in the Store Regulations.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions are adopted:
- “Regular Price” – the price of the Product presented in the Store, excluding any discounts;
- “Reference Price” – the lowest price of the Product within the 30 days preceding the discount;
- Regulations – these Terms and Conditions;
- Store Regulations – the regulations available at www.sharg.pl;
- Discount Code – a sequence of characters enabling the Discount; in the Promotion the code is SHARG15;
- Promotion – the Organiser’s time-limited offer on the terms set out in these Regulations.
§2 Conditions for Participation in the Promotion
A Participant in the Promotion may be a natural person who has reached the age of 18, has full legal capacity, and enters into a sales agreement with the Organiser as a consumer.
The condition for using the Code is:
- acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, or
- having an active Customer Account, or
- making a purchase as a guest by providing correct data.
The Organiser may make use of the Code conditional upon fulfilment of additional conditions indicated for the specific Promotion.
§3 Value of the Discount Code and Exclusions
The code SHARG15 entitles the holder to a 15% discount off the Regular Price, subject to the exclusions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
Excluded brands: The discount code SHARG15 does not apply to products of the following brands:
- LOWA
- We Knife
- Sencut
- Civivi
This exclusion applies regardless of the Product’s price status, its labelling in the Store, or the type of Promotion.
§4 Conditions for Using the Discount Code
The discount code does not combine with other promotions, codes, or reduced prices. The discount is applied exclusively to the Regular Price.
Only one discount code may be used per Order.
The discount does not cover delivery costs or additional services.
To take advantage of the Promotion, add Products to the cart and then enter the code SHARG15 in the discount code field in the cart or during the order placement process. Once correctly entered, the discount will be automatically applied, provided the Promotion conditions are met.
§5 Complaints
Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted in writing to the Organiser’s address.
The Organiser will consider the complaint within 14 days.
§6 Final Provisions
The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any Participant who violates these Terms and Conditions.
In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall not affect rights already acquired.
