Promotion Terms and Conditions 16 - 31 January 2026

§1 Definitions and General Information

These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules of operation and the conditions for participation in a promotional campaign offering Participants a 15% discount on merchandise available in the Store, using the discount code SHARG15. The promotion is valid from January 16, 2026 through January 31, 2026, subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the “Promotion”).

The Promotion is organized by SHARG AG spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, a limited liability company based in Warsaw at 6 Rożnowska Street, 04-213 Warsaw, registered by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS No. 0000948950, NIP 1133050109, REGON 521089940, BDO 000516251, with a share capital of PLN 2,420,000.00 (hereinafter: the “Organizer”).

The discount code is valid exclusively in the online store www.sharg.pl (hereinafter: the “Store”) and applies to retail purchases (B2C). The code does not apply to wholesale transactions or B2B sales, unless otherwise specified in the terms of the given Promotion.

In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the Store’s Terms and Conditions available at www.sharg.pl as well as applicable legal regulations shall apply.

The Promotion is conducted within the territory of the Republic of Poland.

These Terms and Conditions are continuously available on the website www.sharg.pl in a format that allows users to access, reproduce, and store them by printing or saving to a device.

Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Store’s Terms and Conditions.

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

“Regular Price” – the listed price of a Product in the Store, excluding any discounts;
“Reference Price” – the lowest price of a Product within 30 days preceding the discount;
Terms and Conditions – this document;
Store Terms and Conditions – the terms available at www.sharg.pl;
Discount Code – a sequence of characters granting access to the Discount; for this Promotion, the code is SHARG15;
Promotion – a limited-time offer organized under the conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

§2 Conditions of Participation

The Promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, and enter into a sales agreement with the Organizer as consumers.

To redeem the Code, the following conditions must be met:

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions; or
Possession of an active Customer Account; or
Placing an order as a guest by providing accurate and valid information.

The Organizer reserves the right to require additional conditions to be met in order to redeem the Code, as specified for a particular Promotion.

§3 Discount Code Value and Exclusions

The SHARG15 code grants a 15% discount off the Regular Price, subject to the exclusions outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Brand Exclusions: The SHARG15 discount code does not apply to products from the following brands:

LOWA
We Knife
Sencut
Civivi

This exclusion applies regardless of the Product’s price status, its labeling in the Store, or the type of Promotion.

Excluded Products: The SHARG15 discount code also does not apply to Products listed in Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions (List of Excluded Products).

In the event of any discrepancy between the Product name and its identification, the manufacturer's code shall prevail.

§4 Redemption Conditions

The discount code cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or already discounted prices. The discount is applied solely to the Regular Price.

Only one discount code may be used per order.

The discount does not apply to shipping fees or any additional services.

To take advantage of the Promotion, add Products to the shopping cart and enter the SHARG15 code in the discount code field either in the cart or during checkout. If the code is entered correctly and the Promotion conditions are met, the discount will be applied automatically.

§5 Complaints

Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s address.

The Organizer will review complaints within 14 days.

§6 Final Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any Customer who violates these Terms and Conditions.

For matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall not affect rights acquired prior to such changes.

Appendix 1 constitutes an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
