GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DISCOUNT CODES

§1 General Provisions

1. This set of regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") defines the rules for the use of discount codes (hereinafter referred to as "Codes") at the Sharg.pl online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
2. Discount codes issued by the Organizer may be used in accordance with the rules specified in these Terms and Conditions.

§2 Conditions of Using the Codes

1. Discount codes cannot be used to purchase goods classified as new arrivals or discounted items, which are in the "Sale"/"Hotshot" category.
2. Discount codes enable obtaining a discount on products not covered by the exclusions specified in item 1.
3. Codes are intended for one-time use and cannot be combined with other promotions, unless the terms of the particular promotion state otherwise.
4. Individual conditions of each Code, such as validity period, discount value, and products included in the promotion, can be checked on the website: https://sharg.pl/client-rebate.php.

§3 Limitations

1. Discount codes do not apply to products that are subject to other forms of promotion, unless otherwise specified in the detailed conditions of the specific promotion.
2. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or other monetary benefits.

§4 Changes to the Terms and Conditions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, such as changes in legal regulations, changes in the method of issuing and using Codes, without the need to inform customers beforehand.
2. The amended Terms and Conditions shall be effective from the moment they are published on the Sharg.pl website, unless a different effective date for the amended Terms and Conditions is explicitly indicated.

§5 Final Provisions

1. In cases not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the other regulations contained in the Terms and Conditions of the Sharg.pl store shall apply accordingly.
2. Any disputes arising from the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be settled by the competent local court according to the seat of the Organizer.
