Fairly trustworthy shop, they send what you order. However, payment with Ideal or PayPal wasn't possible so I had to use bank transfer because I'm not keen on sending creditcard details over the web. Apart from that, my 5 tins of Apolo slugs arrived with only 3 tins intact. The other 2 had very heavy dents in them. I'm not sure they sent them to me with these dents in it or if it happened during shipping. Either way, many of the slugs in that packaging are deformed and useless. I sent them an e-mail with a picture but there was no response so they don't seem to really care much. Apart from that, quite good because they delivered, but your mileage may vary.
