Promotion Terms and Conditions: "Your Basket, Your Rules"

§1 Definitions and General Information

These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules of operation and the conditions for participation in a promotional campaign under which Participants receive a 20% discount on the Store’s assortment by using the Discount Code SHARG20, valid from December 2, 2025 to January 15, 2026, subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. This promotional campaign constitutes a Promotion within the meaning of the Terms and Conditions.

The organizer of the Promotion is SHARG AG limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw at: ul. Rożnowska 6, 04-213 Warsaw, registered by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS 0000948950, NIP 1133050109, REGON 521089940, BDO 000516251, with share capital of PLN 2,420,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

The Discount Codes are valid only in the online store www.sharg.pl (hereinafter: the “Store”) and apply exclusively to retail purchases (B2C). Discount Codes do not apply to wholesale platforms or B2B sales, unless expressly stated otherwise in the terms of a given Code.

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the Store’s Terms and Conditions available at www.sharg.pl and generally applicable provisions of law shall apply.

The Promotion is conducted within the territory of the Republic of Poland.

These Terms and Conditions are continuously available on the website www.sharg.pl in a manner enabling their acquisition, reproduction, and storage by printing or saving to a storage medium.

Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Store’s Terms and Conditions.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

“Regular Price” – the price of a Product currently displayed in the Store, excluding any discounts, promotions, loyalty programs, or individual rebates;
“Reference Price” – the lowest price of a Product during the 30 days preceding the introduction of a price reduction;
Terms and Conditions – this document;
Store Terms and Conditions – the terms available at https://sharg.pl/pol-terms.html;
Discount Code – a sequence of characters enabling the Participant to receive a Discount; under this Promotion the code is SHARG20;
Promotion – a time-limited offer prepared by the Organizer.

§2 Conditions for Participation in the Promotion

A Participant may be a natural person who is at least 18 years old, has full legal capacity, and concludes a sales contract with the Organizer as a consumer.

The conditions for using a Discount Code are:

acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, or
having an active Customer account, or
making a purchase as a guest while providing accurate contact details.

The Organizer may condition the acceptance of a Discount Code upon meeting additional requirements specified for a given Promotion.

§3 Types and Values of Discount Codes

Using a Discount Code may consist of a percentage discount, a fixed-amount discount, or another benefit specified in the Promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Discount Codes do not apply to Products from the following categories: “Przecena”, “Hotshot”, “HIT”, or Products marked as “new”.

Additional brand exclusions: Discount Codes, including the SHARG20 Code, do not apply to products of the following brands:

LOWA
We Knife
Sencut
Civivi
Microtech
Herbertz

This exclusion applies regardless of the Product’s pricing status, including whether the Product is marked as “Przecena,” “Hotshot,” “HIT,” “new,” or is not assigned to any special category.

The Promotion includes the SHARG20 Discount Code, which entitles the Participant to a 20% discount off the Regular Price, subject to all exclusions specified in these Terms and Conditions.

§4 Terms of Using Discount Codes

Discount Codes may not be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or reduced prices.

The exclusion of products of the brands LOWA, We Knife, Sencut, Civivi, Microtech, and Herbertz applies throughout the entire Promotion period and to all Discount Codes used under the Promotion, including the SHARG20 Code.

Only one Discount Code may be used per Order.

The Discount does not include delivery costs or additional services, unless expressly stated otherwise.

§5 Complaints

Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s address.

The Organizer will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

§6 Final Provisions

The Organizer has the right to exclude a Customer from participation in the Promotion if the Customer violates these Terms and Conditions.

In matters not regulated herein, applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.

Amendments to these Terms and Conditions shall not affect rights already acquired by Participants.
