This page provides a binding list of brands, categories, and products excluded from Discount Code applicability (hereinafter referred to as the “Exclusion List”). The List forms an integral supplement to the General Terms and Conditions of Discount Codes and applies to all codes, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of a given Code.
1) Scope of Application
The Exclusion List applies exclusively to Discount Codes used on Sharg.pl. Other promotional activities (e.g., markdowns, clearance sales) may follow separate terms. Items marked as “New” and those listed under Sale/Hotshot or Promotion are also excluded from Discount Code usage under the Terms and Conditions.

- Products marked as “New” – the exclusion applies if the item is labeled “New” at the time the order is placed.
- Products marked as “Sale” – the exclusion applies if the item is labeled “Sale” at the time the order is placed.
4) Nature and Effectiveness of the Exclusion List
The Exclusion List is legally binding and effective from the moment it is published on this page. Updates to the List may occur at any time; however, changes do not apply to orders placed before the updated version is published.
If the specific terms of a Discount Code explicitly include an item listed on the Exclusion List, those specific terms take precedence (lex specialis).
5) Transparency and Pricing Information
Using a Discount Code does not affect the Store’s obligation to disclose pricing information, including the lowest price from the past 30 days before a discount is announced (per the so-called Omnibus Directive), provided that the promotion constitutes a price reduction announcement.
6) Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do the exclusions apply to all Discount Codes?
Yes, unless the specific terms of a given Code clearly state otherwise. If a Code explicitly permits use with a specific brand or product, those terms take precedence.
What happens if a product loses its “New” tag?
The “New Arrival” exclusion applies only if the product is marked as such at the time the order is placed.
