Spyderco Squeak opened with one hand folder from the Slipit family (knives do not have a traditional blade lock), the blade thanks to serrated incisions is kept open, these incisions also facilitate smooth opening and closing as in the Slip-Joint type. Designed by Sal Glesser, the founder and owner of Spyderco Knives. Produced in the town of Maniago in Italy known in the world for the production of knives. Due to its small dimensions and low weight, it is an excellent offer as a knife for everyday EDC use.
Blade - with Leaf Shaped profile, 3 mm thickness, made of Austrian Böhler-Uddeholm's N690Co stainless steel. N690Co, high-carbon steel with the addition of cobalt for structural homogeneity, which increases edge retention and facilitates sharpening. Blade (Plain type) was made with a Full Flat Grind. On the ridge of the blade there is a notched ramp for the thumb. The SpyderHole round cutout (Spyderco patent) allows you to open the knife with one hand using your thumb.
Handle - covered with non-slip textured textures (Bi-Directional Texturing) in pink color. Made of plastic FRN (Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon), glass fiber reinforced nylon. The penknife is equipped with a solid, folded (2 positions) metal clip.
