Preadator Wood with Saw, automatic knife (swichblade) by the Czech company Mikov from Mikulasovice with exotic wood linings and saw. The region of Mikulasovice has specialised in the production of knife products since 1794, it is called "Czech Solingen".
Solid, durable construction, strong springs opening the blade, the possibility of replacing them without taking the knife apart, these are the unique features of Mikov Predator spring knives. When opening, the folder emits a characteristic click that distinguishes Predator automatics from other spring-loaded knives. Thanks to its characteristics, it is suitable for use in any environment on hunting, while camping as EDC. It is worth noting that one of the models was used in the film "Casino Royale" by agent 007.
Lever-lock - safe mechanism of blocking the blade. Folding lever placed on the handle is used both for opening and for folding the blade. The design of the mechanism protects against accidental folding / opening. It is worth noting that all models of Mikov Predator spring knives, have a unique system of safe exchange of opening springs without having to disassemble the knife. In case of damage, the opening springs must be replaced with new ones (# 241-SPRING).
Blade - symmetrical with Dagger profile. Back with false blade increases piercing properties. Made of polished, easy to sharpen AISI 420 stainless steel with high corrosion resistance, hardened between 53-55 HRC. Plain blade with Flat grind for good cutting properties.
Secondary blade - universal double edged saw blade, 85mm in length, designed for cutting e.g. wood, hard rope materials, plastics and fibrous materials. Robust Liner-Lock.
Handle - ergonomic, profiled for excellent grip during work, even with wet hands. Facings of hard exotic palisander santos wood. There are no two identical copies, each pair of wooden liners has a unique pattern. Headstock finished with stainless steel bolster.
Case - with snap on Prym type clasp. Made of high quality natural leather in brown colour with embossed producer's logo. The leather scabbard has an attachment to the belt or equipment allowing to carry the knife in an upright position.
