AISI 420 - a carbon-rich stainless steel containing min. 12% chromium. In the annealed state it has good formability and excellent corrosion resistance. AISI 420 grade has the highest hardness of all stainless steels with 12% chromium - 50 HRC.
Blade - Drop Point type covered with black protective coating on the grinds and with Satin left outside them. Small thickness of the blade combined with high concave grind gives excellent cutting-edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. The pads support the smooth operation of the opening mechanism of the blade, which can be opened with a double-sided thumb stud so the knife can be operated by both right- and left-handed people. The whole is locked with a solid liner lock.
Handle - black G10 plastic facings (fiberglass compressed with synthetic resin) mounted to a steel frame. Twisted together by means of a spacer. This construction makes the knife lightweight while maintaining high strength. Chamfered cover edges eliminate sharp edges for a comfortable and secure grip. The single-position (right) metal deep carry clip allows you to carry the knife discreetly in your pocket in the tip-down position. The back of the handle features a Lanyard Hole, a hole for mounting a safety or decorative cord.
