ESP hardened expandable baton 21'' with metal clip (EXB-21H BLK BC-01)

Hardened, professional telescopic baton with a length of 21 inches, type Friction Loc companies ESP. Complete with metal clip BC-01 designed to carry the bar stealthily, (as close to the body as possible behind the belt from the outside or inside of the pants, vest, etc.). Easy to attach, allows the user to customize the way the baton is carried.

Coating - metal parts of the baton are coated with characterized by high resistance abrasion resistant layer nickel-zinc (Ni-ZN) in color black.

Steel - tensile resistant Cro-Mo 4130 low carbon alloy containing chromium and molybdenum (withstands high tensile, bending and tearing loads). In the production of the components, the following were used seamless tubes cold-drawn CSN 12060 grade (Czech standard) = CK55 - DIN 17200, C55E - EN 10083-1 + A1 from Cro-Mo 4130 steel.

Hardness - the steel parts have been hardened to a hardness of 40-50 HRC, this guarantees high resistance of the baton to deformation during intensive use.

Clip - removable, made of warp-resistant steel 4130. Attached anywhere on the handle, allows the user to customize the way the baton is worn. Covered with resistant to abrasion black nickel-zinc coating. Interchangeably, it can be used in tactical flashlights with a tube diameter of 25-26 mm.

Handle - soft grip type-H made made of elastomer in color black. Mcladding z anti-allergic and anti-slip synthetic rubber fits well in the hand, also does not slip from wet hands. Strong, secure grip allows for precise movements during use.

Important! In the case of new batons telescopic. Due to the fit of the seamless tubes there may be difficulties associated with the first closure / submission. To make the bar work smoothly (properly arranged / arrived) we recommend spreading it out several times without using excessive force.
