The blade's back has a hollow for precise thumb or index finger operation, which increases control during precision work. The kydex sheath offers multi-position attachment, allowing the knife to be worn around the neck with the included paracord or attached to the MOLLE system on tactical equipment. N690 - corrosion-resistant, high-carbon 1.07% (C), martensitic chromium steel 17.30% (Cr) with added molybdenum 1.10% (Mo), vanadium 0.10% (V) and cobalt 1.50% (Co) for structural homogeneity. Characterized by extremely high corrosion resistance and long edge retention. One of the best tool steels in the world today. Achieves a hardness of 58 HRC. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.
