Mikov Taurus G-10 Black, N690 125mm (TAURUS)

Taurus is a well-made, heavy duty combat knife made in full tang construction. Classic bowie clip point blade is made of well-known and proven Bohler N690 steel. Despite the strength assuring thickness of the blade, high flat grind provides excellent cutting properties. To emphasize the combat pedigree of the knife, the cutting edge has also been brought out on the upper part of the blade. On the back of the blade there is a jimping, a small notch for the thumb which gives better control over the knife while working. The whole blade was covered with black DLC coating (Diamond Like Carbon).

Hexagonal handle was made of two thick black G10 liners. They have been screwed directly to the tang. The hexagonal shape of the handle, besides being extremely comfortable in any grip, is also meant to symbolize the pin that connects the different parts of the tank track. The handle is finished with a massive steel head.

The sheath is made of black kydex, on its edges there are holes, thanks to which you can lanyard the knife with paracord or install different kinds of carrying systems.

There are two versions of the knife, T1 version is for civilian market and available for everyone, T0 version is only for soldiers of armored units of the Army of the Czech Republic. Each knife has an individual serial number.
