Mikov Predator ABS Automatic Knife (241-NH-1/KP TEFLON)

Predator Black ABS, Teflon automatic knife (swichblade) from Czech company Mikov from Mikulasovice with green ABS plastic linings. This region has specialized in the production of knife products since 1794, it is called "Czech Solingen".

Solid, durable construction, strong springs that open the blade, the possibility of replacing them without taking the knife apart, are unique features of Mikov Predator spring knives. Folder when opening gives a characteristic click that distinguishes Predator automatics from other spring-loaded knives. Thanks to its features, it is suitable for use in any environment while hunting, camping as an EDC knife. It is worth noting that one of the models was used in the movie "Casino Royale" by 007 agent.

Lever-lock - safe mechanism of blocking the blade. Folding lever placed on the handle is used both to open and to fold the blade. Construction of the mechanism protects against accidental folding / opening. It is worth noting that all models of Mikov Predator spring knives, have a unique system of safe replacement of opening springs without having to disassemble the knife. In case of damage, the opening springs must be replaced with new ones (# 241-SPRING).

AISI 420 - stainless steel rich in carbon, containing min. 12% chromium. In the annealed condition it has good ductility and excellent corrosion resistance. AISI 420 grade has the highest hardness of all stainless steels with 12% chromium - 50 HRC.

Blade - symmetrical type Dagger (dagger), back with false blade increases piercing properties. Plain blade with Flat grind for good cutting and penetration properties. For additional protection it is coated with black Teflon coating.

Handle - ergonomic, scratch resistant ABS plastic in black. Profiled shape of textured covers provides a comfortable, secure grip even with wet hands. Headstock finished with bolster made of stainless steel.

Case - with a Prym-type clasp. Made of high-quality genuine leather in black with embossed manufacturer logo. The scabbard has a belt or equipment mount allowing to carry the knife in upright position.
