AUS-10 - a high-carbon Japanese stainless steel produced at the steel mills of Takefu Special Steel Corporation, based in Fukui. Rich in vanadium 0.3% (V), molybdenum 1.20% (Mo) and cobalt 1.5% (Co). A balanced combination of high carbon content of 1.05% (C) and chromium content of 15.50% (Cr) makes it a stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance, high hardness (hardened to around 60 HRC) and the ability to hold an edge for a long time. As a result, the knife can be easily sharpened, providing a razor-sharp blade.
Blade - upswept type (persian), finished in an elegant Satin method. The long, strong cutting edge converges towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The thickness of the blade provides high strength while the high, flat grind and wide blade guarantee excellent cutting properties. Ceramic ball bearings are responsible for the smooth and smooth operation of the knife's opening mechanism. We can open the knife with the help of a hole in the blade.
