Ferrum Forge Knife Works - founded by two Williamson brothers, Eliot and Chris, a family-owned company based in San Diego, California, specializing in the design and manufacture of custom knives.

CPM 20CV - one of the best tool steels in the world, an American premium martensitic stainless steel. Manufactured by US Crucible Industries according to the Crucible® Particle Metallurgy (CPM) process. The CPM process yields a very homogeneous, high-quality steel with excellent dimensional stability, grindability and ductility compared to steels produced by conventional methods. Designed to provide better wear resistance while maintaining corrosion resistance at the highest level. This super steel is comparable to Bohler's M390 steel or Carpenter's CTS-204P. According to some knife manufacturers, 20CV is the best of these three steels in terms of edge retention. It consists of 1.9% carbon, 20.0% chromium, 4.0% vanadium, 1.0% molybdenum and 0.6% tungsten. The high percentage of chromium with a touch of molybdenum makes 20CV one of the best high-end corrosion-resistant steels.

Blade - drop point type, finished with a scratch-masking Black Stonewashed finish. The generous belly extends the length of the cutting edge in relation to the length of the blade converging towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The thickness of the blade provides high strength while the high, flat grind guarantees excellent cutting properties almost on the level of a razor. Ceramic ball bearings support the opening of the blade in two ways, with a stylized thumb slot (Thumb Slot) or a quick index-finger flipper when opened acting as a stag. Finger choil, a cut for the index finger, prevents the blade from slipping when performing precision tasks. The whole thing is locked with a modern button lock. Under the lock button is a spring, providing enough resistance to avoid accidental opening.

Handle - made of titanium 6AL4V, beveled edges of the covers eliminate sharp edges. Open-backed design - fixed with titanium spacer sleeves - reduces weight and facilitates cleaning. The pivot axis is decorated with a stylized WE Knife brand logo. A single-position (right) titanium deep-carry clip allows you to carry the knife discreetly in your pocket in tip-up position (blade tip up).

Case - included zippered soft nylon case with the manufacturer's logo for safe storage and transportation of the folder.
