9Cr18MoV - high-grade stainless knife steel. A high content of 18.0% chromium (Cr) and an average of 0.95% carbon (C) provide high hardness and corrosion resistance, while the addition of alloying elements 1.3% molybdenum (Mo), 0.8% silicon (Si), 0.12% vanadium (V) increase strength and wear resistance. 9Cr18MoV is characterized by high hardness in the range of 57-59 HRC. It is used in the manufacture of knives, including damascus and surgical blades, swords, scissors, cutlery.
Blade - wide, Drop Point type with clearly marked belly, finished with Black Stonewashed method. The massive blade combined with a high flat grind (Flat Grind) gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ceramic ball bearings support the smooth operation of the blade's opening mechanism, which can be opened with a quick flipper flipper (index-finger flipper). When opened, the flipper forms a mini-guard to prevent your hand from slipping on the blade. A fingertip choil, an index-finger undercut between the handle and the cutting edge, and an upper jimping notched section of the back of the blade under the thumb make it easy to hold securely during precision tasks. Handle - with a unique 3D design, a mixture of black Carbon Fiber and gold metal pieces embedded in transparent resin, which were screwed to the steel frame of the knife.
