High Speed D2 - high-carbon, high-chromium high-speed tool steel heat-treated to 58-60 HRC. With a high 13.0% chromium (Cr) content, it offers greater corrosion resistance than most high-carbon steels. Combines strength, excellent edge holding and easy sharpening. Features high wear resistance due to high carbide content in the microstructure.

Blade - reverse tanto type, finished to mask scratches and prevent glare using Black Stonewashed method. The slightly curved cutting edge converges towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The thickness of the blade provides high strength while the high, flat grind gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. The knife can be opened with a quick flipper flipper (index-finger flipper) when opened acting as a deicer. As a result, it can be easily used by both right- and left-handed people. On the back of the upper jimping wedge, a notched thumb rest. Liner-Lock mechanism.

Handle - grips made of G10, a practically indestructible plastic insensitive to weather conditions, resistant to chemicals and mechanical damage. Chamfered edges of the covers eliminate sharp edges and surface texturing improves grip confidence. The massive backspacer to which the grips are attached guarantees the rigidity and strength of the entire structure. The pivot axis decorated with a blue anodized ring, in the same color of the backspacer. A single-position (right) deep-carry clip allows the knife to be carried in tip-up position, with the tip of the blade upward. Above the clip a hole for threading a safety or decorative cord.
