Sandvik 12C27 - Swedish stainless steel similar in chemical composition and mechanical properties to 440A type steel. Thanks to the appropriate melting technology, this steel contains very few impurities and has a very fine-grained structure.
Blade - Hawkbill type blade, finished with a scratch-masking Stonewashed method. The concave line of the cutting edge extends it in relation to the length of the blade converging towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The small thickness of the blade, combined with the high concave grind (Hollow Grind), results in excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. To make the blade easier to control, a section of the blade's back is covered with an upper jimping, notched thumb rest.
Handle - the tang of the knife for stress relief in a skeletonized design. Simple, solid construction guarantees many years of use. Deep, profiled finger undercut (fore finger groove) prevents the hand from accidentally slipping on the blade. The back section of the tanto includes a lanyard hole, a hole for threading a safety or decorative cord.
Sheath - made of kydex which, thanks to holes on the edges, can be equipped with a Tek-Lok clasp or, with the help of a paracord, can be strapped in any position. We can also wear the knife around the neck with the help of the included paracord.
