9Cr18MoV - high-grade stainless knife steel. A high content of 18.0% chromium (Cr) and an average of 0.95% carbon (C) provide high hardness and corrosion resistance, while the addition of alloying elements 1.3% molybdenum (Mo), 0.8% silicon (Si), 0.12% vanadium (V) increase strength and wear resistance. 9Cr18MoV is characterized by high hardness in the range of 58-60 HRC. It is used in the production of knives, including damascus and surgical blades, swords, scissors, cutlery.
Blade - Clip Point type with a clearly marked belly, covered with a black protective coating. The small thickness of the blade combined with a high, flat grind gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ball bearing ceramic supports the smooth operation of the opening mechanism of the wedge, which can be opened by means of an elongated hole in the wedge (thumb hole). The whole thing is locked with a solid Liner Lock.
Handle - made of G10, a composite fiberglass material pressed with synthetic resin. Chamfered cover edges eliminate sharp edges for comfort, and a fore finger groove improves grip security. The open-backed design attached with steel spacer sleeves reduces weight and makes cleaning easier. Two-position, right/left deep carry clip allows you to carry the knife discreetly in your pocket in tip-up position (blade tip up).
Case - the knife is packed in a zippered soft nylon case with the brand's logo. It is used for safe storage and transportation of the folder.
