Warning and Safety Information for the KnifeMore

This product is intended for use only by adults with knowledge and experience in handling sharp cutting tools. Improper use of the knife can result in serious injuries. The blade is extremely sharp and can easily cut through skin and tissue; therefore, extra caution should always be exercised while cutting, and hands should be kept away from the cutting edge. To prevent the knife from slipping, it is recommended to cut on a stable, non-slip surface and avoid excessive force, which may cause uncontrolled blade movement.

Leaving the knife on the edge of a table, countertop, or in easily accessible places—especially where children are present—poses a significant safety risk. The knife should always be properly secured after use, ideally by placing it on a stable surface or storing it in designated knife blocks, protective sheaths, or magnetic strips. The knife should never be used for tasks it is not designed for, such as opening cans or prying objects, as this can damage the tool and lead to dangerous accidents.

A dull blade increases the risk of injury, as it requires more force and is more likely to slip from the material being cut. Therefore, it is essential to sharpen the knife regularly to maintain optimal sharpness. Additionally, proper cleaning and drying of the knife are necessary to prevent corrosion and bacterial growth. Periodic inspection of the handle and blade is recommended to check for cracks, chips, or looseness. If any damage is detected, the knife should be repaired or replaced immediately.

When using the knife, focus solely on the task at hand—avoid talking on the phone, watching television, or other distractions while cutting. Ensure proper lighting in the workspace for better visibility and control. Please note that some countries or regions have laws restricting the ownership and carrying of knives. Before purchasing or using this knife, verify that its use is legal in your location according to applicable regulations.

Following these safety guidelines will help ensure safe and effective knife use, minimizing the risk of accidents and extending the lifespan of the tool.

Blade is made of high-quality D2 tool steel, known for its strength and wear resistance, and finished with a Stonewashed finish, which adds to its unique rugged look. Handle of the knife made of Micarta composite, which is not only durable, but also provides a secure grip even in the toughest conditions. This knife is aimed at bushcraft, survival and hunting enthusiasts. Its durability, versatility and reliability make it a tool that deserves a place in any outdoor gear. No matter where your adventure takes you, this knife will serve you for years to come.

Jesper Voxnaes began making knives in 1989, when he was just 18 years old, forging each blade completely on his own. His unique style stems from the meeting of his roots in world-renowned Scandinavian design with his passion for American knifemaking. This original approach quickly made his knives very popular, especially in the US, so much so that he was able to expand his business with machines he made himself. Since then, he has been a professional knifemaker and has worked as a designer with many top knife companies, achieving great success in many different fields.

D2 - a high-carbon, high-chromium high-speed tool steel heat-treated to 58-60 HRC. With a high 13.0% chromium (Cr) content, it offers greater corrosion resistance than most high-carbon steels. Combines strength, excellent edge holding and easy sharpening. Features high wear resistance due to high carbide content in the microstructure.

Blade - Drop Point type finished in Stone Washed method. Plain blade was derived with Full Flat Grind, ideal for all kinds of work. Finger choil, index finger undercut between Handle and cutting edge and upper jimping notched section of Blade's back for thumb facilitate safe holding during precision tasks. A low descending guard keeps fingers from slipping on the blade.

Handle - made of Canvas Micarta composite, a virtually indestructible plastic that is insensitive to weather, resistant to chemicals and mechanical damage. Screwed directly to the blank, they provide a virtually indestructible construction. The rounded shape of the covers eliminates sharp edges, which have been thickly textured to improve grip. The unique ergonomics of the Handle allows the knife to be held both ways, especially for users who appreciate an inverted grip. On the back of the Handle there is a skull crusher and a lanyard hole, a hole for attaching a cord. On the back of the Handle there is a skull crusher and a lanyard hole on the blade and on the hilt for various carrying options.

Sheath - extended, protecting the Blade along with part of the Handle. Hand-stitched, made of natural leather in black color with embossed manufacturer's logo. The edge of the case is stitched with decorative thread. Attached to the belt, it allows carrying the knife in an upright position.
