CPM MagnaCut - Powdered stainless steel produced by the Crucible® Particle Metallurgy (CPM) process hardened between 60.5-62.5 HRC. Blade - drop point type, finished with a scratch-masking and anti-reflection bath of fine Stonewashed pebbles. The long cutting edge, with a prominent belly, converges toward the needle-sharp tip of the wide blade. The thickness of the wedge provides high strength while the high, flat grind gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ball bearings are responsible for the smooth and smooth operation of the knife's opening mechanism with a double-sided peg in the wedge (thumb stud). On the back of the upper jimping wedge, a notched thumb rest. The whole is locked with a solid button lock that allows gravity to open and close the knife.
Handle - grips made of Canvas Micarta, a composite of canvas and synthetic resin, a material virtually insensitive to weather, heat and cold.
