Keanu Alfaro, an experienced industrial designer and entrepreneur from San Diego, California, USA, has an unwavering passion for creating innovative knives and everyday tools. His youth was spent playing sports, hiking, building things and exploring the world, and it was during these adventures that he discovered his fascination with knives and tools. In 2021, Keanu began his career by joining a prestigious knife and tool company. He quickly made a name for himself as a talented designer, known for his ability to create products that combine functionality with aesthetics.

CPM 154CM – a high-quality stainless tool steel used in the production of knives and other cutting tools. This premium-grade steel offers excellent edge retention, strength, and corrosion resistance. Developed by US Crucible Industries, a company specializing in high-performance alloys for industrial applications, CPM 154CM features a balanced composition of carbon, chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium, giving it exceptional properties. The name "154CM" refers to its 1.54% carbon content, along with the inclusion of chromium (Cr) and molybdenum (Mo). It is often compared to other premium steels, such as S30V, S35VN, and CPM 20CV. Knives made from 154CM steel are highly valued by both enthusiasts and professionals for their outstanding performance and durability.

Blade - Tanto type, with an eye-catching Two-Tone finish: satin grind and Stonewashed finished on the rest of the blade. The geometric belly extends the length of the cutting edge relative to the length of the blade converging toward the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The thickness of the blade provides high strength while the high, flat grind gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ceramic ball bearings support the opening of the blade with a quick index-finger flipper, which also acts as a guard when open. A section of the blade's back is covered with an upper jimping, notched thumb rest for easy control of the knife. The whole is locked with the proven and popular liner lock.

Handle - grips made of G10 composite laminated on the surface with a layer of Carbon Fiber, practically indestructible plastic insensitive to weather conditions, resistant to chemicals and mechanical damage. Chamfered edges of the covers eliminate sharp edges and characteristic vertical surface grooves improve grip security. The open-backed design, fixed with steel spacer sleeves, reduces weight and facilitates cleaning. The single-position (right) clip allows the knife to be carried in tip-up position, with the tip of the blade upward. Above the clip a hole for threading a safety or decorative cord.
