14C28N - martensitic chromium stainless steel is the latest development in the range of knife steels produced by Swedish Sandvik steel mills. An optimized chemical composition with a unique combination provides superior quality, excellent edge performance, high hardness and corrosion resistance. By reducing the amount of carbon 0.62% (C) and increasing the chromium content 14.0% (Cr), as well as adding nitrogen 0.11% (N), corrosion resistance has been significantly improved. Considered an improved version of 13C26 steel. Unbeatable in the price / quality category!

Blade - drop point type, coated with gray titanium-based coating. The generous belly extends the length of the cutting edge in relation to the length of the blade converging towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The thickness of the blade provides high strength while the high, flat grind gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ceramic ball bearings support the smooth operation of the blade's opening mechanism, which can be opened by gravity with a release button located on one of the Handle or with a pin in the wedge (thumb stud). On the back of the upper jimping wedge, a notched thumb rest. The whole is locked with the proven and popular button lock.

Handle - made of Micarta composite, practically indestructible plastic, insensitive to weather conditions, resistant to chemicals and mechanical damage. The grips are screwed to a solid backspacer, giving confidence in maintaining the desired rigidity of the entire structure. On the left side, a wide Button Lock button, located in a recess to avoid accidental opening. A single-position (right) deep-carry clip allows you to carry the knife discreetly in your pocket in tip-up position (blade tip up). Above the clip is a hole (Lanyard hole) for threading a safety or decorative cord.
