14C28N - martensitic stainless chromium steel is the latest development in the range of knife steels produced by the Swedish steelworks Sandvik. The optimized chemical composition with a unique combination ensures the highest quality, excellent edge performance, high hardness and corrosion resistance. By reducing the carbon content to 0.62% (C) and increasing the chromium content to 14.0% (Cr), as well as adding nitrogen to 0.11% (N), corrosion resistance has been significantly increased. Considered an improved version of 13C26. Unbeatable in terms of price/quality!

Blade - wide, Chef's type, ideal for all kitchen work. Finished with an elegant satin finish. The blade has a flat grind, which guarantees excellent cutting properties, and in combination with the small thickness of the blade, it gives a perfect cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting efficiency. The size is suitable for most kitchen tasks, so we will never run out of blades, while keeping the dimensions reasonable.

Handle - grips made of rough G10 composite, a weather-resistant, chemical-resistant and mechanically durable plastic, which are attached directly to the tang. The simple shape with a hollow in the middle ensures a comfortable, secure grip even with wet hands. The handle, which widens towards the back, prevents the hand from slipping during work.

NOTE!

The knife is dishwasher-safe, but to extend its lifespan, hand washing with a mild detergent is recommended.
