1851 Colt Reb Nord Navy Snubnose .44 featuring an ergonomic Thunderer-style grip with checkered panels and an engraved rider motif. Designed for quick draw and close-quarters shooting, this revolver boasts a short barrel and a comfortable Thunderer handle. The cylinder showcases a detailed engraving of the 2nd Texas Navy's victory at the Battle of Campeche in 1843.
Snubnose refers to a revolver with a barrel length of 3 inches or less. Widely favored by undercover law enforcement officers, these compact firearms gained popularity among civilians due to magazine capacity limits imposed by the Federal Assault Weapons Ban under Right to Carry legislation, restricting carry-on firearms to a maximum of 10 rounds.
Construction – brass frame (open-top design), brass trigger guard, brass grip accents, and a 3" octagonal barrel made of blued steel with a rifling twist rate of 1:30".
