The profiled Blade combines elements of the classic tanto with inspiration from the katana sword, creating a unique rising blade shape. The blade is made of Böhler M390 powder steel, known for its high sharpness retention, abrasion resistance and anti-corrosion properties. A saber grind was used, which increases the stability of the blade and facilitates control during precision cuts. The Blade's extended “tail” allows it to be opened with a razor-like gesture - quick and intuitive. Handle made of solid titanium plates is equipped with integrated spring arms, which - together with embedded balls - lock the blade in the open position without the use of a classic lock. M390 - a martensitic high-performance chrome steel produced by powder metallurgy. Due to its alloy concept, it has extremely high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. Due to its high wear resistance, it adequately maintains the shape of the edge, so the blade stays sharp for a very long time (requiring minimal maintenance). Another of the advantages is resistance to the formation of “wire” during sharpening. The steel has a high chromium content of 20.0% (Cr) doped with 1.9% carbon (C), vanadium 4.0% (V), and is hardened between 59-61 HRC.
