45,03 €This product is intended for use only by adults with knowledge and experience in handling sharp cutting tools. Improper use of the knife can result in serious injuries. The blade is extremely sharp and can easily cut through skin and tissue; therefore, extra caution should always be exercised while cutting, and hands should be kept away from the cutting edge. To prevent the knife from slipping, it is recommended to cut on a stable, non-slip surface and avoid excessive force, which may cause uncontrolled blade movement.
Leaving the knife on the edge of a table, countertop, or in easily accessible places—especially where children are present—poses a significant safety risk. The knife should always be properly secured after use, ideally by placing it on a stable surface or storing it in designated knife blocks, protective sheaths, or magnetic strips. The knife should never be used for tasks it is not designed for, such as opening cans or prying objects, as this can damage the tool and lead to dangerous accidents.
A dull blade increases the risk of injury, as it requires more force and is more likely to slip from the material being cut. Therefore, it is essential to sharpen the knife regularly to maintain optimal sharpness. Additionally, proper cleaning and drying of the knife are necessary to prevent corrosion and bacterial growth. Periodic inspection of the handle and blade is recommended to check for cracks, chips, or looseness. If any damage is detected, the knife should be repaired or replaced immediately.
When using the knife, focus solely on the task at hand—avoid talking on the phone, watching television, or other distractions while cutting. Ensure proper lighting in the workspace for better visibility and control. Please note that some countries or regions have laws restricting the ownership and carrying of knives. Before purchasing or using this knife, verify that its use is legal in your location according to applicable regulations.
Following these safety guidelines will help ensure safe and effective knife use, minimizing the risk of accidents and extending the lifespan of the tool.
Triassic OD Green G10, Black PVD is for those who appreciate compact EDC knives, where form follows function. Denis Simonutti, the author of the project, focused on delivering a design that combines ergonomics, smooth handling and cutting precision in a lightweight but durable frame. The knife's pronounced lines, precise fit of components and practical mechanical solutions emphasize the utilitarian nature of a folder designed for intensive use. The core of the model is a blade made of Sandvik 14C28N steel, known for its high sharpness retention, corrosion resistance and ease of maintenance. The utility profile and well routed grind ensure smooth entry into the material and cutting control regardless of the task. Blade opening makes it easy to open quickly with one hand - even when wearing gloves. The G10 composite handle has been contoured with attention to comfort and grip stability. Gentle milling increases grip, even in wet or fatigued hand conditions. Steel liners, liner lock, and deep carry clip guarantee safety, durability and comfort for everyday carry. In addition, the lanyard hole allows easy personalization or attachment of a safety line. Triassic is a tool that will meet the expectations of users looking for a universal EDC folder, combining compactness, reliability and aesthetics refined to the smallest detail.

14C28N - a martensitic chromium stainless steel is the latest development in the range of knife steels produced by Sandvik's Swedish mills. An optimized chemical composition with a unique combination provides superior quality, excellent edge performance, high hardness and corrosion resistance. By reducing the amount of carbon 0.62% (C) and increasing the chromium content 14.0% (Cr), as well as adding nitrogen 0.11% (N), corrosion resistance has been significantly improved. Considered an improved version of 13C26 steel. Unbeatable in the price/quality category!
PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) - The resistance of the surface of the wedge and cutting edge has been increased by a vacuum deposition method used to deposit thin films by condensing an evaporated form of the desired material onto the surface of the workpiece. The coating method involves a purely physical process such as high-temperature vacuum evaporation followed by condensation. The applied coating has a very high hardness which significantly increases the resistance of the blade to rust and abrasive wear.
Blade - made of Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel , offering very good sharpness retention, ease of sharpening and corrosion resistance. A utility profile with a gentle curve of the cutting edge was used, which works well for precision cuts and during stronger technical tasks. The hollow grind improves blade penetration and produces clean cuts with little material resistance. The black PVD coating gives the Blade an elegant, technical feel. The large opening in the blade allows for a secure, comfortable opening of the knife with one hand - even in limited visibility or when working with gloves. The knife can also be opened with a front flipper. Additional dorsal milling (jimping) provides support for the thumb, improving control of the blade during demanding tasks. Blade is designed with functionality and durability in mind, making the Triassic a trustworthy tool for everyday use.ULTEM™ - a plastic belonging to the Polyethermoids family or simply PEI. This material is primarily characterized by high mechanical and impact strength with a very high strength-to-weight ratio. It is also characterized by high thermal resistance (180⁰C) and high chemical resistance to all kinds of solvents (synthetic and natural), lubricants or other chemicals. Adding to this total insensitivity to weather conditions, we get an ideal material for knife handles.
Handle - made of G10 composite, a material resistant to impact, moisture and varying temperatures. Dynamic milling on the surface increases grip and improves ergonomics. The profile of the grip has been tailored to the natural anatomy of the hand, so the knife sits securely in the hand, regardless of positioning or length of work. Steel liners reinforce the overall design, and a liner lock mechanism ensures the blade is securely locked in the open position. A deep-carry clip allows the knife to be carried discreetly and steadily in a pocket, and a lanyard hole allows for the addition of a cord or keychain for added convenience and personalization. Handle design combines low weight, high rigidity and professional detailing, making the Triassic model a perfect fit for the needs of a modern EDC knife.
