448,49 €This product is intended for use only by adults with knowledge and experience in handling sharp cutting tools. Improper use of the knife can result in serious injuries. The blade is extremely sharp and can easily cut through skin and tissue; therefore, extra caution should always be exercised while cutting, and hands should be kept away from the cutting edge. To prevent the knife from slipping, it is recommended to cut on a stable, non-slip surface and avoid excessive force, which may cause uncontrolled blade movement.
Leaving the knife on the edge of a table, countertop, or in easily accessible places—especially where children are present—poses a significant safety risk. The knife should always be properly secured after use, ideally by placing it on a stable surface or storing it in designated knife blocks, protective sheaths, or magnetic strips. The knife should never be used for tasks it is not designed for, such as opening cans or prying objects, as this can damage the tool and lead to dangerous accidents.
A dull blade increases the risk of injury, as it requires more force and is more likely to slip from the material being cut. Therefore, it is essential to sharpen the knife regularly to maintain optimal sharpness. Additionally, proper cleaning and drying of the knife are necessary to prevent corrosion and bacterial growth. Periodic inspection of the handle and blade is recommended to check for cracks, chips, or looseness. If any damage is detected, the knife should be repaired or replaced immediately.
When using the knife, focus solely on the task at hand—avoid talking on the phone, watching television, or other distractions while cutting. Ensure proper lighting in the workspace for better visibility and control. Please note that some countries or regions have laws restricting the ownership and carrying of knives. Before purchasing or using this knife, verify that its use is legal in your location according to applicable regulations.
Following these safety guidelines will help ensure safe and effective knife use, minimizing the risk of accidents and extending the lifespan of the tool.
Viper 2 Gray Titanium / Green Carbon Fiber, Satin expands Richard Wu’s design language into a tool that combines refined form with practical utility. It is a premium-class folding knife designed for users who expect not only high-quality materials, but also harmony between the blade’s geometry, the handle’s ergonomics, and the mechanism’s smooth operation. A slender silhouette, refined proportions, and thoughtfully selected materials define the character of a modern, technical, and precision-oriented knife. In practice, the Viper 2 functions as an advanced EDC tool with a distinctly utilitarian character. The M398 steel blade, featuring a drop point profile and a mixed grind with a reinforced tip, ensures smooth, controlled cutting, while the integral 6AL4V Titanium handle and carbon fiber inlay provide the construction with the rigidity, lightness, and aesthetics of a premium-segment product. The flipper-based opening mechanism completes the package, offering quick and consistent blade deployment. This is the perfect choice for those seeking an EDC folder with smooth operation, refined mechanics, and modern design.
Rike Knife – an independent brand founded by longtime knife enthusiast Richard Wu. With a background in mechanical design and manufacturing, he constantly strives for excellence and perfection, aided by a professional design team and his own independent factory. RikeKnife is an extraordinary brand, rooted in original design, that has the courage to be an innovator and challenge the traditional approaches used by modern knife companies. It uses only the highest quality materials to produce top-quality knives for customers around the world. Enjoying a well-deserved reputation in the knife world, the brand focuses on high-quality craftsmanship and an innovative approach to design. This has been recognized by, among others, the legendary American brand Microtech, which, for the first time in its history, commissioned the production of its own designs outside the U.S.—specifically to the Chinese company Rikeknife. These include the SOCOM Bravo and Anax folding knives, as well as the Kyroh Pen tactical pens.
M398 - a high-performance martensitic chromium steel produced using powder metallurgy. Due to the alloy’s composition, it features exceptionally high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. Thanks to its high wear resistance, it retains its edge shape well, allowing the blade to stay sharp for a very long time (requiring minimal maintenance). Another advantage is its resistance to “wire” formation during sharpening. Steel with a high chromium content of 20.0% (Cr), carbon 2.7% (C), and vanadium 7.2% (V), with an admixture of molybdenum 1.0% (Mo) and tungsten 0.7% (W). Designed to provide better durability compared to M390, it was introduced to the market in 2019. M398 contains more carbon and vanadium, making it a very hard steel at 60-62 HRC. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.
Blade—with a drop point profile—gives the Viper 2 a versatile yet distinctly precise working character. This geometry performs well in everyday cutting tasks, ensuring stable blade guidance and good tip control during more precise work. The combination grind used supports smooth entry into the material and maintains a favorable balance between cutting efficiency and adequate tip strength during normal EDC use. The satin finish highlights the clean lines and precision of the machining, preserving a technical, elegant appearance. Opening is handled by a flipper working in conjunction with a refined pivot, allowing the blade to deploy quickly and consistently. Once open, the blade is stabilized by a frame lock, and the jimping on the flipper improves thumb control during more demanding tasks.
Handle - integral, based on a combination of titanium 6AL4V and a carbon fiber inlay, which gives the construction rigidity, durability, and a modern, high-tech character. This combination of materials serves more than just an aesthetic purpose—it also ensures the knife feels secure in the hand and strikes a good balance between durability and comfort for everyday carry. The whole gives the impression of being refined, compact, and function-oriented. The grip profile has a smooth, organic shape, allowing the knife to fit well in the hand and maintain natural control during use. Subtle notches and jimping support stable handling without feeling overly aggressive. The integrated clip allows for convenient carrying in a pocket, and the knife’s overall operation remains consistent with its character: fast, precise, and focused on high-performance performance.
