Voltran Ekol ES 1911 Shiny 4.5 mm Air Pistol with Blow Back

Voltran Ekol ES 1911, an outstanding replica of the legendary Colt 1911—a veteran of both World Wars that remains in service with certain military forces to this day. 2 12g cartridges, this air pistol is well-suited for dynamic sport shooting, rapid-fire drills, and tactical training. Thanks to its ability to field-strip like a Colt 1911, it is also an excellent training platform for weapons handling instruction, for example in uniformed service classes.

Frame - constructed entirely of metal. The moving slide with blowback system, along with two safeties—a manual safety and a grip safety—faithfully replicates the operation of the genuine Colt 1911.

Sights - metal, with a fixed front sight and rear sight.

Trigger mechanism - the pistol features an operating system in SA (Single Action) mode with a Semi-Auto system. This means that, just like with the real firearm, the hammer must be cocked before the first shot is fired (either manually or by racking the full slide), while for subsequent shots the hammer is automatically cocked by the reciprocating slide.

Magazine - an all-metal magazine with a capacity of 18 rounds of undersized steel 4.46 mm BBs. The weight of the ammunition is distributed evenly along the full length of the magazine. Only steel BB ammunition should be used.

Power source - a 12-gram CO2 cartridge housed inside the magazine located in the pistol grip. One CO2 cartridge provides approximately 50–60 effective shots. The muzzle velocity of the fired projectiles is 95 m/s.
