The Fox Chnops UV Green Aluminum/UV Printing, Black Becut folding knife by Raven Knives Design (FX-543 M1) is a slim EDC folding knife designed by Riccardo Gobbato of Raven Knives Design. The model combines a Becut steel Drop Point blade with an aluminum handle decorated using UV printing and black structural elements.
The 75.00 mm blade features a flat grind and a Black Top Shield® finish. A manual flipper allows for comfortable opening, while the Liner Lock secures the blade in the open position. The reversible deep-carry clip allows for discreet tip-up carry on either the right or left side.
Becut 56–58 HRC and Flat grind
The blade is made of Becut stainless steel, hardened to 56–58 HRC. The Flat grind provides a versatile geometry suitable for everyday cutting tasks, and the Plain Edge facilitates precise blade control.
Drop Point and Black Top Shield®
The Drop Point profile combines a functional spine with a strong, well-controlled tip. The Black Top Shield® coating gives the blade a uniform, dark finish that complements the black components of the mechanism and the clip.
UV Green Aluminum and UV Printing
The aluminum handle features a green anodized finish and decoration created using UV Printing. The combination of vibrant graphics with the handle’s flat form gives the model a distinctive look, while the Liner Lock maintains the simple and proven mechanics of a folding knife.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I care for Becut steel?
After use, clean the blade and dry it thoroughly. For long-term storage, you can apply a small amount of knife preservative.
How do I sharpen a Drop Point blade?
A Plain Edge is best sharpened by maintaining a consistent angle along the entire length of the blade. Near the tip, it’s best to reduce pressure to preserve the original profile geometry.
How does the Liner Lock work?
When the blade is opened, a spring-loaded liner bar slides behind the blade’s pommel and locks the blade in the open position. To close the knife, slide the liner bar back and carefully close the blade.
How do I clean a handle with UV printing?
It is best to wipe the handle with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials that could affect the appearance of the UV print.
How to maintain the pivot?
The area around the pivot should be regularly cleaned of dust and debris. If necessary, you can apply a small amount of a light lubricant designed for knife mechanisms.
