35,26 €Bestechman Curvee Red G10, Black PVD AEB-L by Ostap Hel – a lightweight red EDC folding knife
The Bestechman Curvee Red G10, Black PVD AEB-L folding knife by Ostap Hel (BMK20E) is a high-contrast variant of the Curvee, combining a red G10 handle with a blade coated in black PVD. Ostap Hel’s design weighs only 84.00 g and offers two ways to open it manually.
The 87.50 mm blade features a Drop Point profile, a flat grind, and a smooth edge. A Liner Lock secures the blade, while ceramic Ball bearings ensure smooth operation when opening with the front flipper or thumb studs.
AEB-L 61–62 HRC
The blade is made of AEB-L steel hardened to 61–62 HRC and cryogenically treated. The material and flat grind create a practical combination for everyday use.
Black PVD and Drop Point
The black PVD coating gives the blade a subdued, technical look. The Drop Point profile provides versatile geometry and a well-controlled tip.
Red G10 and Lightweight Ergonomic Design
The red G10 handle gives the model a distinctive character while retaining the smooth curves typical of the Curvee. The steel deep-carry clip can be moved to either the right or left side.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I care for AEB-L steel?
The blade should be cleaned and dried after use. For long-term storage, a mild preservative can be applied.
How do you sharpen a Drop Point blade?
Sharpen the edge at a consistent angle, paying special attention to maintaining the shape of the tip.
How does the Liner Lock work?
When opened, the steel liner slides behind the base of the blade and secures it against accidental closure.
How do you clean Red G10?
The handle can be cleaned with a soft brush or a damp cloth and mild detergent.
How do you maintain the ceramic bearings?
Keep the area around the pivot clean. If the mechanism starts to operate less smoothly, you can apply a small amount of a light lubricant.
