122,86 €Kizer Trestle TP AirTi Dual Blade Gray Aluminum / Gray-Black Vortex Pattern Micarta, Satin CTS-BD1N by Azo – lightweight Trapper with KStop™ 105°
The Kizer Trestle TP AirTi K3761TPA2 combines the classic dual-blade Trapper layout with a modern, ultra-lightweight design. The two CTS-BD1N blades—Clip Point and Spey Point—are set in a handle made of gray aluminum and Micarta with a Gray-Black Vortex Pattern. The entire knife weighs only 79.40 g and features a Slip Joint mechanism with a wide KStop™ 105° half-stop.
The Vortex Pattern variant emphasizes the texture and layered color scheme of the handle. The patterned Micarta contrasts with the solid aluminum, while the purple, crystallized titanium backspacer provides a striking visual accent. Two different blade geometries expand the range of applications without the need to carry an additional tool.
Clip Point and Spey Point – two ways of working
Both blades are 82.01 mm long, but offer different functional characteristics. The Clip Point provides a precise tip useful for scoring and detailed work. The Spey Point has a smoother tip profile, making it well-suited for flat cuts, scraping, and tasks requiring greater control over the blade surface.
CTS-BD1N, 59 ±1 HRC, and Flat grind
Nitrogen-enriched CTS-BD1N steel provides good corrosion resistance, edge retention, and functionality suitable for everyday carry (EDC). A hardness of 59 ±1 HRC strikes a practical balance between sharpness, durability, and ease of resharpening. Both blades feature a flat grind and a satin finish.
Gray Aluminum and Vortex Pattern Micarta
The handle combines gray aluminum with Micarta featuring a Gray-Black Vortex pattern. The material’s multi-layered texture gives the pocket knife a more dynamic look and provides a tactile grip surface. The design remains very lightweight—the entire model weighs 79.40 g.
Purple Crystallized Titanium backspacer
The crystallized backspacer made of Ti-6Al-4V is finished in Purple. The purple element contrasts with the gray-black handle and serves as a distinctive detail of the AirTi series. Titanium allows the structural element to remain lightweight while maintaining high durability.
KStop™ 105° – Controlled Half-Stop
KStop™ expands on the classic half-stop concept by stopping the blade at an angle of approximately 105°. The larger angle provides clear space between the blade and your fingers during use, reduces the risk of your hand colliding with the edge, and ensures a distinct, mechanical stop during opening or closing.
Deep Carry Reversible and Classic Nail Nick
Each blade is opened using the classic Nail Nick. The pivot design uses washers, and the steel Deep Carry clip is reversible, making it easy to adjust how you carry the knife. This combines traditional pocket knife operation with a more modern carrying style.
Why choose the Kizer Trestle TP AirTi K3761TPA2?
This model is a good fit for users who want to retain the classic character of a double-blade design but expect modern materials and a lightweight build. Vortex Pattern Micarta, CTS-BD1N, KStop™ 105°, and a purple titanium backspacer create a uniquely distinctive variant of the Trestle TP AirTi.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the two different blades used for?
The Clip Blade provides a more precise tip for scoring and detailed work. The Spey Blade offers a smoother geometry suitable for flat cuts, scraping, and general utility tasks.
What does “Vortex Pattern Micarta” mean?
It is Micarta with a layered, vortex-patterned surface. This version features predominantly shades of gray and black, which contrast with the purple backspacer.
Does KStop™ lock the blade?
It is not a classic rigid lock. KStop™ is an advanced half-stop mechanism in a slip joint design and creates a distinct intermediate point during blade movement.
Do both blades have a Nail Nick?
Yes. Both blades are opened manually using classic Nail Nick notches.
Is this model heavier than a typical single-blade pocket knife?
Despite having two blades, it weighs only 79.40 g. The lightweight construction made of aluminum, Micarta, and titanium has made it possible to reduce the weight while maintaining the functionality of the Dual Blade.
