Pruciak-Sharg Protector Original – natural wax stick for the care and protection of knives, tools, and firearms

Pruciak-Sharg Protector Original is a natural, handcrafted, universal wax designed for the comprehensive care and protection of knives and tools, as well as selected firearm components. The original formula was developed by Polish knifemaker Paweł Pruciak to protect steel blades and other metal parts, as well as handles made from materials such as wood, stabilized wood, and laminates, together with leather goods.

The wax forms a thin protective layer on the treated surface, reducing contact with moisture and helping to protect steel against corrosion. At the same time, it gives treated surfaces a subtle sheen and hydrophobic properties. It is suitable for everyday EDC knife maintenance as well as use in the workshop, at camp, or during outdoor trips.

The 100% natural formula is based on carefully selected waxes and oils. It contains two natural waxes with different melting points, including beeswax, allowing the product to remain firm at room temperature while still being easy to spread over the treated surface.

The formula is complemented by three cold-pressed oils, including jojoba oil, which helps reduce excessive drying of treated materials, as well as propolis. Thanks to its natural composition, properly treated surfaces may come into contact with food.

What can Protector Original be used for?

The wax is intended for the care and protection of:

• selected firearm components,
• handles made from wood and stabilized wood,
• handles made from laminates such as Micarta and G10,
• leather sheaths and other equipment,
• other surfaces requiring protection against moisture.

Convenient stick applicator

Protector Original comes in a compact, twist-up 5 ml applicator. The stick format allows the wax to be applied precisely and directly to the selected surface without having to handle the product with your fingers.

The compact container fits easily into a pocket, EDC bag, or workshop kit, so the wax can always be kept close at hand.
