X50CrMoV15 (1.4116) - molybdenum-vanadium high carbon martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of 56-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel is enriched with an admixture of 15.0% chromium (Cr), 0.80% molybdenum (Mo), 0.20% vanadium (V).
Blade - with a Bowie profile, 3.6 mm thickness. Blade covered with a non-reflective Satin Finish (semi-matt) coating that eliminates glares. Smooth blade (Plain type) was made with concave cut (Hollow Grind). Safe work with the knife is provided by a brass one-sided handguard that protects the hand against sliding off the handle.
Handle - ended with a brass head. Profiled finger pads made of laminated brown pakka wood provide a secure, secure grip. The knife fits very well in the hand, does not slip, it can be easily operated in all conditions.
Sheath - secured with a snap closure. Made from natural brown leather with an embossed manufacturer’s logo. The sheath is stitched along the edges with decorative thread. Belt or gear attachment allows for vertical knife carry.
