REMATE - in the hunting tradition of Spain, Portugal and southern France, a knife that hunters hunted with wild dogs. REMATE in literal translation means "finish / finish". The word specifies all knives with a double blade, whose blade length exceeds 17 cm - in France they are also knives with a bayonet type blade.
X50CrMoV15 (1.4116) - molybdenum-vanadium high-carbon, martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of 56-58 HRC.
