REMATE - in the hunting tradition of Spain, Portugal and southern France, a knife that hunters hunted with wild dogs. REMATE in literal translation means "finish / finish". The word specifies all knives with a double blade, whose blade length exceeds 17 cm - in France they are also knives with a bayonet type blade.

X50CrMoV15 (1.4116) - molybdenum-vanadium high-carbon, martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of 56-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel is enriched with an admixture of 15.0% chromium (Cr), 0.80% molybdenum (Mo), 0.20% vanadium (V).

Blade - sharp on both sides with Spear Point type and 4.5 mm thickness with good mechanical properties and long-lasting sharpness. Smooth blade (Plain type) was made with concave cut (Hollow Grind). The Satin Finish (semi-matte) coating eliminates glare.

Handle - covered with a natural deer stag with a crown with a medallion engraved with a hunting theme.

Sheath - natural brown leather with embossed manufacturer's logo. The sheath was sewn on the edges with a decorative thread. Fastening to a belt or gear allows you to carry the knife in a vertical position.
