REMATE - in the hunting tradition of Spain, Portugal and southern France, a knife that hunters hunted with wild dogs. REMATE in literal translation means "finish / finish". The word specifies all knives with a double blade, whose blade length exceeds 17 cm - in France they are also knives with a bayonet type blade.

1.4116 (X50CrMoV15) - molybdenum-vanadium steel used for high-end knives, cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high hardness, as for stainless steels. Resistant to corrosion under kitchen conditions. It is a recommendable alternative to 1.4034 / X46Cr13 / 4H13 material. The chemical composition is enriched with Chromium content, Molybdenum and Vanadium addition.

Blade - sharp on both sides with Spear Point type and 4.5 mm thickness with good mechanical properties and long-lasting sharpness. Smooth blade (Plain type) was made with concave cut (Hollow Grind). The Satin Finish (semi-matte) coating eliminates glare.

Handle - covered with a natural deer stag with a crown with a medallion engraved with a hunting theme.

Case - natural brown leather with embossed manufacturer's logo. The sheath was sewn on the edges with a decorative thread. Fastening to a belt or gear allows you to carry the knife in a vertical position.
