M5 G10 Black a medium sized, versatile knife from the Italian manufactory LionSteel. The goal was to create an easy to carry, reliable knife with low weight for all kinds of outdoor work. Versatile outdoor knife with full tang construction and Swedish Sleipner steel head, aimed at enthusiasts of survival, hunting, lovers of other outdoor activities.
Design by Molletta, designed by well-known, respected Italian designer with many years of experience. Michele Pensato (a.k.a. Molletta), is distinguished by a new approach to the use of materials and experiments in the application of heat treatment and the use of advanced software in the design of knives.
Sleipner - high-alloy chrome-molybdenum-vanadium universal tool steel with high wear and chipping resistance. Achieves high hardness of 60-61 HRC. Manufactured in Uddeholm steelworks in Sweden.
Blade - extremely sharp Drop Point shape, with marked belly, ideal for all kinds of work. Satin smooth Plain Blade is brought out with high Flat Grind, high grind guarantees excellent cutting properties. The enlarged rim protects the hand from slipping on the blade.
Handle - milled facings with non-slip texture provide excellent grip. Made of G10 material resistant to damage, chemicals, temperature. Mounted with Torx T8 stainless steel screws. Flat bolt helps to light a fire with flint, in case of emergency can be used as a hammer or glass breaker, additionally lanyard hole, hole for fishing line.
Scuff-resistant, waterproof Cordura sheath in black with additional pocket for sharpening stone, flint or small accessories. M.O.L.L.E. compatible attachment allows the holster to be carried on a belt or on a brace.
