Remate - in the hunting tradition of Spain, Portugal, and southern France, this is a knife carried by hunters hunting wild boar with dogs. "Remate" literally translates to "finish off." This term refers to all double-edged knives with a blade length exceeding 17 cm—in France, this also includes knives with bayonet-style blades.

X50CrMoV15 (1.4116) - molybdenum-vanadium high-carbon, martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of 56-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel is enriched with an admixture of 15.0% chromium (Cr), 0.80% molybdenum (Mo), 0.20% vanadium (V).

Blade - extremely sharp with a Dagger shape, perfect for survival and hunting applications. The smooth Plain blade on both sides was derived with a concave grind (Hollow Grind), which gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. All finished with an elegant Satin finish. A large top and bottom hilt protects the hand from slipping on the blade.

Handle - crafted from a flexible elastomer lining that ensures a secure grip in all conditions and provides excellent vibration damping. The knife remains stable in the hand, and the textured surface of the lining allows for precise movements during tasks. The soft synthetic rubber  handle is directly mounted onto the tang, ensuring exceptional rigidity and durability of the entire construction. At the rear, there is a lanyard hole for attaching a securing or decorative cord.

Sheath - handcrafted from natural cowhide leather. The sheath features an embossed manufacturer’s logo and is secured with a Prim-type snap fastener. The edges are stitched with decorative thread. Designed for vertical carry, it can be attached to a belt or gear for convenient transportation.
