High Speed D2 - a high-carbon, high-chromium high-speed tool steel heat-treated to 58-60 HRC. With a high 13.0% chromium (Cr) content, it offers greater corrosion resistance than most high-carbon steels. Combines strength, excellent edge holding and easy sharpening. Features high wear resistance due to high carbide content in the microstructure.

Blade - Clip Point type, finished masking minor scratches and leveling glare with Coarse Stone Washed method. The backbone extends the length of the cutting edge in relation to the length of the blade converging towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The thickness of the blade provides high strength while the high, flat grind gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Phosphor bronze washers ensure smooth operation of the opening mechanism. The knife is opened with a nail nick, an indentation milled into the blade. A section of the back of the wedge is covered with upper jimping, a notched thumb rest for easy control of the knife. The whole thing is locked with an intuitive button lock.

Handle - grips made of Burlap Micarta (jute micarta), a practically indestructible material that is insensitive to weather conditions, resistant to chemicals and mechanical damage. Chamfered edges of the covers eliminate sharp edges and surface texturing improves grip security. The so-called open-backed design without the typical backspacer, fastened together with steel spacer sleeves for easy cleaning. The simple, secure design provides confidence for years of use. Two-position (right/left) metal deep-carry clip allows you to carry the knife discreetly in your pocket in tip-up position (blade tip up).
