420J2 martensitic stainless steel rich in 0.15% carbon, containing min. 12% chromium, which offers high hardenability in the 54-56 HRC range, as well as strength, toughness, machinability and excellent corrosion resistance. The high carbon content produces chromium carbide compounds for wear resistance and edge retention after hardening. Due to its high hardness, the steel is suitable for manufacturing cutting tools, knife blades and medical instruments.

Blade - extremely sharp with Kodeba (small Deba) shape, ideal for fish and meat dressing. The blade is brought out with a single bevelled grind, which guarantees excellent cutting properties. Finished with an elegant satin finish, which, in addition to aesthetic qualities, prevents the sliced vegetables or meat from sticking to the Blade.

Handle - made of natural poplar wood. Attached to the Handle, a plastic sleeve prevents the blade from slipping out. The traditional round shape allows the knife to easily fit into any hand and work for a long time without hand fatigue.

NOTE!
The knife is not dishwasher safe!!! Hand washing in mild detergent is recommended.
