X50CrMoV15 (1.4116) - molybdenum-vanadium high-carbon, martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and wear. Used in the manufacture of knives, high-end cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a fairly high, for stainless steels, hardness of 56-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel is enriched with an admixture of 15.0% chromium (Cr), 0.80% molybdenum (Mo), 0.20% vanadium (V).

Blade - wide Clip Point type blade finished elegantly Satinized. Despite its thickness, the high, flat grind provides excellent cutting qualities combined with excellent durability. The long false blade increases piercing properties. Guard made of stainless steel on both sides prevents fingers from slipping on the blade while working.
