ExBTO-20H-KH is a professional, hardened 20-inch expandable baton (508.0 mm / 20.00") featuring an innovative Easy Lock locking system, specifically designed for discreet carry by law enforcement and security personnel. This variant comes with a khaki-colored handle and a round-ending tip.
Easy Lock System – a modern mechanism that enables rapid and silent deployment of the baton. It can be extended in the traditional way—with a swift flick of the wrist—or by pulling the tip, which is particularly useful in low-profile operations. Retraction is just as efficient: press the button at the end of the handle and brace the tip against a hard surface to close it one-handedly.
Handle – crafted from a durable, non-slip synthetic rubber with a rough-textured Anti-slip H surface, ensuring a firm grip and reliable control even under challenging conditions. The khaki color offers seamless integration with tactical gear and uniforms.
Steel – constructed from high-tensile strength Cro-Mo 4130 (chromium-molybdenum alloy), renowned for its resilience against mechanical stress. The baton is made from seamless, cold-drawn tubes classified as CSN 12060 = CK55 (DIN 17200) = C55E (EN 10083-1 + A1).
Hardness – all steel components are heat-treated to a hardness level of 40–50 HRC, significantly enhancing resistance to deformation and mechanical damage during intensive use.
Coating – finished with a durable black nickel-zinc (Ni-Zn) protective layer, boosting resistance to corrosion and surface wear.
Important! – For first-time use, the baton may require several attempts to close. To ensure smooth operation, we recommend opening and closing it a few times without applying excessive force.
