ExBT-24HE-KH BHT-55 is a professional-grade 24-inch expandable baton (615.0 mm / 24.00") equipped with an ergonomic Type-H handle in khaki, featuring the innovative Easy Lock system and a BHT-55 tactical holder with automatic deployment and Quick Change mounting.
Easy Lock System – allows for fast deployment either by a standard swing or silently by pulling the tip—ideal for situations where discretion is key. The baton can be retracted one-handed by pressing the locking button and bracing the tip against any surface.
Handle – ergonomic and coated in non-slip Type-H rubber, providing a secure grip even in challenging conditions. The rough-textured surface enhances handling, while the khaki color blends seamlessly with tactical gear.
BHT-55 Holder – a tactical rotating holster offering two draw modes: traditional and automatic—activating the baton as it's pressed into the base. With full 360° rotation and 16 locking positions, it ensures quick access from any angle. The holder can be configured with or without the auto-deployment feature.
UBC-5-A Mount (Quick Change System) – enables instant release of the holder from the belt and replacement with other compatible accessories. Fits belts 38–56 mm wide (up to 68 mm with the insert removed). Two locking screws prevent the holster from shifting during movement.
Steel – crafted from low-carbon Cro-Mo 4130 chromium-molybdenum alloy, known for its exceptional resistance to dynamic stress. Made from cold-drawn seamless tubing classified as CSN 12060 = CK55 (DIN 17200), C55E (EN 10083-1 + A1).
Hardness – steel segments are heat-treated to a hardness of 40–50 HRC, enhancing durability and resistance to deformation.
Coating – finished with a black nickel-zinc (Ni-Zn) layer that improves resistance to wear and corrosion.
Important! – A new baton may initially resist closing. To ensure smooth operation, open and close it several times without applying excessive force.
