Easy Lock System – an advanced deployment mechanism that allows the baton to be opened traditionally with a swing or discreetly by pulling the tip—ideal for tactical situations where silence and subtlety are critical. The baton can be closed one-handed by pressing the locking button and bracing the tip against any firm surface.
Handle – made of flexible, hypoallergenic synthetic rubber, the HE (Ergonomic Grip) is contoured for enhanced handling and precision. The triangular end improves grip security, prevents slipping, and stops the baton from rolling off smooth surfaces.
Steel – constructed from high-strength Cro-Mo 4130 alloy steel, containing chromium and molybdenum. Made from cold-drawn seamless tubes (CSN 12060 = CK55 - DIN 17200 = C55E - EN 10083-1 + A1), it offers excellent resistance to tension, bending, and tearing forces.
Hardness – steel components are heat-treated to a hardness of 40–50 HRC, delivering outstanding durability and resistance to deformation under heavy use.
Coating – the baton is finished in a robust black nickel-zinc (Ni-Zn) layer, which enhances resistance to abrasion and protects against environmental factors.
Important! – New batons may initially be stiff to close. To ensure smooth operation, it is recommended to open and close the baton several times without applying excessive force.
