ExBTO-24HE-KH is a next-generation 24-inch hardened expandable baton (615.0 mm / 24.00") featuring the advanced Easy Lock system, an ergonomic HE-type handle in khaki, and a compact round ending cap. Designed for concealed carry, this model is offered without a holster or mounting system.
Easy Lock System – enables rapid deployment via a traditional swing or, alternatively, by pulling the tip—ideal for scenarios where stealth is essential. The baton can be retracted one-handed by pressing the locking button and pushing the tip against any solid surface.
Handle – contoured and made from hypoallergenic, non-slip synthetic rubber, the HE (Ergonomic Grip) ensures a secure and comfortable hold. Its textured surface and shape provide excellent control, even when wearing gloves or in wet conditions. The khaki color integrates seamlessly with tactical gear.
Steel – crafted from cold-drawn seamless tubes of Cro-Mo 4130 alloy steel (chromium-molybdenum), conforming to CSN 12060 = CK55 (DIN 17200), C55E (EN 10083-1 + A1). This material offers high resistance to stretching, bending, and tearing forces.
Hardness – all steel components are hardened to 40–50 HRC, ensuring excellent resistance to deformation and wear during demanding use.
Coating – the baton is finished with a highly durable black nickel-zinc (Ni-Zn) layer, providing enhanced protection against abrasion and corrosion.
Important! – New batons may initially resist closure. To ensure smooth operation, open and close the baton several times without applying excessive force.
