ExBTO-20HE-KH is a modern 20-inch hardened expandable baton (508.0 mm / 20.00") engineered for concealed carry as close to the body as possible. This no-holster version features the advanced Easy Lock system, a khaki-colored ergonomic HE-type grip, and a classic round ending.
Easy Lock System – an innovative locking mechanism that allows the baton to be deployed via a swing or quietly by pulling the tip—perfect for situations where discretion is required or when a full swing isn’t feasible. Retraction is one-handed: press the release button at the base of the handle and push the tip against a surface.
Handle – contoured ergonomic HE-type grip made from hypoallergenic, non-slip synthetic rubber in khaki. It offers a secure hold, user comfort, and enhanced control in all operational conditions.
Steel – built from Cro-Mo 4130 low-carbon alloy steel (chromium-molybdenum), using cold-drawn seamless tubes that meet CSN 12060 = CK55 (DIN 17200), C55E (EN 10083-1 + A1) standards. This construction provides excellent resistance to tension, bending, and mechanical damage.
Hardness – all steel components are hardened to 40–50 HRC, ensuring long-lasting durability and resistance to deformation.
Coating – protected with a black nickel-zinc (Ni-Zn) coating, offering superior resistance to abrasion and corrosion.
Important! – New batons may initially be stiff to close. To ensure proper function, open and close the baton several times without applying excessive force to allow the mechanism to break in.
